Dan from Big Slice Pizza is a one man, pizza making machine. During lockdown 1.0 he started delivering pizzas around East Sussex, cold, to be reheated at your convenience, and I fell in love with them.
The menu has evolved over time and includes a flawless classic Margherita, plenty of veggie options, amazing Garlic Pizza Bread, and a few meaty options that come with an inspired Spicy Maple Drizzle. Trust me, you need to try it!
Big Slice Pizza is currently in residency at FIKA in Hove every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening from 5pm.
Some pizzas can be made vegan by swapping out the fior de latte for a Cashew Cream Drizzle. It works a treat and makes for a lovely, light pizza. The vegan ‘Nduja Spesh is amazing, but also try a vegan Besto Pesto or Mushroom Bianca.
