My go-to spot for dim sum in Brighton & Hove.
It’s not the biggest selection, but plenty of my favourite dim sum dishes are on the menu including Char Siu Buns, Cheung Fun, Yam Croquettes, Stuffed Beancurd Rolls and more.
Prices have gone up over the last few years (like everywhere else) but it’s still feels like good value for the quality.
If you’re going at the weekend, make sure you book or be prepared for a wait!
