From the team behind Baby Bao, Earl’s bakes all of those legit baguettes in-house and offers a superb range of filling options. The vegan options are as good if not better than the meat ones – the Mixed Vegan, filled with marinated tofu, butternut squash, edamame pate, miso aubergine and kimchi is a thing of pure beauty.

Drinks are great too. Make sure you try a Milo Dino and Vietnamese coffee.
