Easy Tiger is another Brighton collaboration – this time between The Pond and Kanthi Thamma. Much like The Pond, you can expect friendly service, amazing craft beer, and seriously good food. Kanthi’s menus take inspiration from his heritage and India’s famous Toddy Shop roadside bars.
The Keralan Fried Chicken, topped with curry leaves, pickled onions, and lime is incredibly moreish and all the curries have a certain wow factor, especially the NHS Lamb, and Goan Pork Vindaloo. Make sure you get at least one Malabar Parotta to mop every last drop up with.
Roughly half the menu is vegan, including a couple of sides and at least one main dish.
