The OG Neapolitan pizza joint in Brighton & Hove, Fatto a Mano had become somewhat of an institution.
The London Road location is the original, but there are also Fattos in a prime spot on Church Road in Hove, and in Brighton’s bustly North Laine.
Despite the expansion, the quality is still up there and a Negroni with a Salsiccia e Friarielli is very much my go-to.
