Furna is the first solo venture from chef, Dave Mothersill and is the best fine dining experience I’ve had in Brighton & Hove.
The detail and finish on everything is beautifully high-end, the service is warm and slick, and the dishes throughout the eight course tasting menu are as eye-catching as it is delicious. Arguably, it’s worth going for the phenomenal Parker House bread course alone!
Obviously a special occasion venue, but definitely my first choice at the moment.
