Moksha is a very regular haunt for me, and for good reason, consistently delivering a range of delicious brunch dishes like the Vegetarian Breakfast – grilled flat mushrooms, cherry vine tomatoes, wilted spinach, homemade baked beans, free-range eggs, and toasted sourdough.
However, my favourite dish has to be the Huevos Benedictos, which is a great twist on the traditional eggs benedict – free-range chorizo sausages, free-range poached eggs, topped with avocado and tomato salsa, and chipotle hollandaise on toasted sourdough. Can’t fault it.
Whatever you order, make sure you get some of their hash browns on the side. I’m not sure I’ve had better.
Decent choice for brunch, including the Vegan Breakfast, Tofu Benedict, and Vegan Pancakes. There are some vegan burger and salad bowl options for lunch too.
