One of Brighton’s finest seafood restaurants, serving up champagne, oysters, and a superb array of local, sustainably-caught seafood at two locations – one on the beach and one in the Lanes.
Their New York Lobster Roll with spiced mayo, crispy chicken skin, celery, and chives was the highlight of lockdown 1.0 for me. That, and a box of oysters, on the beach with my first draught beer in 10 weeks was unforgettable.
The Lanes location is what it’s all about though. One hell of a venue for a candlelit seafood feast.
