RYBKA (the fish likes to swim) is probably the best fish & chip shop in Brighton & Hove, and definitely the most fun.
The fish is super fresh, the chips triple cooked, but beyond that you’ll also find gems like the RYBKA Spesh – house pickled herring, served with a shot of frozen vodka. It’s a must order.
You’ll also find a booze menu, with carefully crafted cocktails as well as tasty wines and beers.
Out the back, there’s a foosball table, arcade machine and pinball table, and upstairs is a space for live music and events.
Like I said, RYBKA is not your average chippy!
