Hyper-seasonal classic cookery, a relaxed and warm atmosphere, phenomenal service, and a seriously impressive wine list all make Wild Flor one of the best dining experiences you can have in Brighton & Hove.
The menu changes all the time, so there’s little point in me mentioning any specific dishes from my previous visits, although if the Saddle of Lamb with marinated green tomatoes, olives and capers is on… get it! I’d personally skip the Ortiz Anchovies but apart from that, you can’t go wrong. If you want a recommendation, you’ll be well looked after.
