Wood x Coal launched in the Summer of 2020 down at the awesome Bison Beach Bar as a barbecue concept, cooking over open fire, using a specially designed oven, burning a mixture of wood and coal to create a distinctive flavour.
Now one of the resident kitchens at Sea Lanes (alongside FIKA) Wood x Coal is back serving a great selection of dishes cooked over fire including larger weekend specials like whole fish, and ribs.
